We are currently seeking an organized, energetic, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and responsible Receptionist/Office Assistant whose primary duties include, but are not limited to:
Providing receptionist/office support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
Answering and directing phone calls, scheduling meetings, and supporting visitors.
Carrying out office assistant duties such as maintaining filing system, typing, copying, binding, scanning, etc.
Writing and distributing e-mails, correspondence memos, letters, faxes, and forms.
Completing operational requirements by scheduling and assigning administrative projects and expediting work results.
Exhibiting polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.
Supporting the team by performing tasks related to organization and strong communication.
Maintaining office supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies, and placing and expediting orders for supplies.
Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed.
Maintaining the company’s databases.
Preparing vendor invoices for internal approval.
Ordering, verifying, and issuing Certificates of Insurance.
Preparing and submitting all insurance claim forms.
Maintaining E-ZPass tags and accounts.
Reviewing parking summonses. Preparing and submitting hearing correspondences.
Providing administrative support to the Service and Construction Departments on an as-needed basis.
Other duties as assigned.

Knowledge of appropriate software including: Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat.
