We are currently seeking an organized, energetic, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and responsible Receptionist/Office Assistant whose primary duties include, but are not limited to:
Providing reception and office support.
Answering and directing phone calls, scheduling meetings, and supporting visitors.
Maintaining filing system, typing, copying, binding, scanning, etc.
Writing and distributing e-mails, correspondence, memos, letters, faxes, and forms.
Exhibiting polite and professional communication skills.
Maintaining office supply inventory.
Maintaining the company’s databases.
Preparing vendor invoices for internal approval.
Ordering, verifying, and issuing Certificates of Insurance.
Maintaining E-ZPass tags and accounts.
Reviewing parking summonses. Preparing and submitting hearing correspondences.
Providing administrative support to the Service and Construction Departments on an as-needed basis.
Other duties as assigned.

Professional written and verbal communication skills.
Attention to detail and the ability to remain organized.
Ability to properly follow instructions.
Capable of working independently and with others in a team environment.
Receptionist and/or Administrative Assistant experience.
Good time management skills and ability to multi-task, schedule, and prioritize work.
One (1) year of related experience.
High School diploma or equivalent; related undergraduate education preferred.
Proficient using MS Word, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat
