HVAC Project Manager

We are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager whose principal duties include:

• Developing and reviewing project schedules.

• Negotiating subcontractor and vendor contracts.

• Procuring, reviewing, and submitting trade shop drawings and equipment submittals for the project engineer’s approval.

• Releasing and tracking equipment orders.

• Attending project site meetings and walk-throughs.

• Scheduling site deliveries and building system shut-downs.

• Field verifying the installation pace, details, and quality of direct or subcontracted trades.

• Preparing, pricing, and submitting written change orders.

• Preparing project Operation & Maintenance manuals.

• Preparing project close-out documents.

• Attending in-house meetings.

• Performing field surveys.

• Preparing miscellaneous proposals.

Annual Salary Range: $90,000 to $150,000 commensurate with experience.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree preferably in Construction, Business or Engineering

5 years minimum industry related experience

Strong verbal and written communications skills

Self-motivated and detail oriented

Ability to multi-task, schedule, and prioritize.
